Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We need this time to ensure the house is perfectly clean for the next guests! Events & Gatherings: We are thrilled to be the venue for your celebration! If you are hosting an event, please just let us know the details (type of event and estimated guest count) beforehand. We ask that all event cleanup is handled prior to check-out. Quiet Hours: We love our peaceful Redbud Heights neighbors. While you are welcome to celebrate, please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If your event goes late, please bring the fun indoors and keep the volume down after 10:00 PM. Pet Policy: We are pet-friendly and happily welcome up to 2 pets! We just ask that you pick up after them in the backyard, do your best to keep them off the beds, and crate them if they are left unattended in the house. Parking: Please utilize the driveway for parking. If you have a larger group or event guests parking on the street, please remind them to be mindful not to block the neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Smoking & Vaping: This is a strict 100% smoke-free and vape-free home inside. If you choose to smoke outside, please keep doors closed and dispose of all butts safely in the outside trash bin. Food & Drink: Please enjoy all meals in the kitchen or dining areas, and try to avoid eating in the beds to prevent spills or stains. Security: For your safety and the security of the home, please make sure all doors and windows are locked whenever you leave the house. Plumbing: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets (no wipes, paper towels, or feminine products).
